I could not locate a birth registrations for either your John or Elizabeth. I
checked and re-checked the Index under RADIGER/RADIGAR/RADIGAN for the years
1874-1879. For Elizabeth I looked at the years 1878-1882 under both SULLIVAN
and SULIVAN. Nothing.
Its unusual not to have found at least one of them however its possible their
parents never registered -- many did not.
